I understand that you can over-exercise, but I love tennis and like playing every single day for a couple hours. I’m going to do a clinic for four hours five days a week, but I doubt it’ll be super intense, with half hour to one and a half hour lessons pretty much every day, and then other classes I can go to. If I eat well, sleep well, and take naps and breaks throughout the day, is that okay? I’m also 15, and healthy, if that makes how much activity I can stand any different.

i’m 19 i played a year of college tennis and currently i’m coaching for high school. On saturdays we (me and the head coach) open the courts and let the kids play sets and have a practice that is pretty much only fun and not so much work so the kids can really learn to love the sport. anyways i woke up at 7 today and started hitting at 8 with my little brother then i went and rallied with a few other groups so i could help them out a little bit. I then played one of the high school kids in singles and i played pretty hard and i felt great. Then i took about a 10 minute rest and had some gatorade then another one of the kids wanted to play me in a set and even though i was a little tired i agreed. We played and played and it was much closer than it should have been. the whole time my legs started hurting and i have never been that slow in a match before. i finished the set around 12:40 then i went home, showered, then napped for a few hours. Now my knees are hurting in the joints and they have never hurt like this before. my elbow also hurts in the joint but it has been hurt a few times.
why do i hurt like this?
i played on hard court
i use nsix one 90 (this is why my elbow hurts i am pretty sure)
the weather was perfect probably about 70 or 80 degrees fereinheit
i wasn’t running more than usual and i stretched well before.
i hit with luxilon.

I’ll keep digging till
I feel something.

Elbow deep inside the borderline.
Show me that you love me and that we belong together.
Shoulder deep within the borderline.
Relax. Turn around and take my hand.

Okay, I was watching High School Musical 3 the other night, and I LOVE Sharpay’s hair in the beginning.

Here is the link for it– http://img2.timeinc.net/ew/dynamic/imgs/081118/Ashley-Tisdale-High_l.jpg

Can anyone tell me how to get the same hairstyle? It’s so pretty! I have long hair, too. (About elbow or a centimeter or two before elbow length)

When walking I have pain on the outside of my feet. Not on the inside where my arches are. The pain is so strong on the outside of my feet that I can’t enjoy walking. I don’t know what brand tennis shoe is the best for women who have high arches. I have three pair of Adidas tennis shoes, all different styles and they all make my feet hurt. I have also worn Nike in the past and they also make my feet hurt. I don’t want to spend more money on shoes that hurt my feet when walking or even playing sports. I would love to here any recomendations on other tennis shoes for women with high arches.

I need to install a new exhaust because the stock one was damaged while off-roading, and the resonator is rusted( small hole).

i have basic knowledge about exhaust systems. Ok, so i want a nice sounding exhaust, i’ve decided on going with a Glasspack, because i love how they sound and they are different than the flowmasters everyone else uses. I want an easy and low-cost solution, so i decided to have the tail pipe come out of the side (right in front of rear wheel). I have the materials needed (pipe, clamps, glasspack, elbow, hangers).

I have a couple questions:
So i was wondering, how do i go about removing the stock exhaust so that i can put the new setup in. I don’t have a cutting torch, so i assume a hacksaw will work fine right?

Also, I was wondering whether i have to weld the system together, or if i can just clamp it. I will be cutting the old system off after the 02 sensors and the Cats, so I assume a minor leak is acceptable if i choose to clamp everything together.

Vehicle is: 2000 Toyota Tundra SR5 V8
