so i was pitching downstairs and i’ve been having this problem for about a week. i started to work on pitching with my left hand and and when i release my arm straightens out. when the arm snaps into full extension is when i notice the very slight pain in my lower lower tricep elbow area. the past week or 2 ive been throwing A LOT and was wondering if this is overtraining or something else. thanks, heres a photo of the red ness. any ideas what i should do? ice?

Ok my 9 month old American pitbull terrier puppy has been up to date regarding her health (vaccines, dewormers) daily brushing, monthly bathing, daily exercise on grass (fetch) and daily walks for an average 30-45 min. I noticed these small red skin inflammation of some sort near here front elbow joints they aren’t fully visible they have hair over them but you can still see up close and from a short distance some redness from her skin at that place. They aren’t bumpy feeling they’re dry and a bit crusty looking and she isn’t in any pain when I feel them or with any type of movement. Im wondering if they’re sores of some sort or something serious regarding skin or joint problems. I have a few pictures so please any help would be appreciated. Most likely i’ll have her seen by a vet soon if they resume. Thank you
