I need to use it for softball in an hour. I think I sprained it or something because from my elbow up (the backside of it, the side that’s not facing my body) hurts really badly, but I need to pitch in an hour and nobody else on my team knows how to pitch.
No ibuprofin for me! I throw up when I take crap like that!

Lift weights, continue to play softball, and bowl without such pain. I got tennis elbow by playing softball for my high school and this year I am taking a weight lifting class and joining the bowling team. I was told that all three of those may cause tennis elbow so I figure I need something to support my elbow? What could I get and where? Ive been dealing with the pain for years because I didnt know what was wrong and have a higher pain tolerance than most to stick through it. At first I thought it was just from working so much in softball. I play 3rd base so it gets strained a lot. What do you recommend? Even if its something that wont get rid of the pain completely that is okay because I can learn to deal with it like I have been….just seems to get worse though.

All my joints crack, and I know there’s nothing wrong with that.. But, After I carry something heavy; my elbow kind of pops/like dislocates a little bit. It hurts, and it happens often. If I’m carrying my books or anything. A lot of the time it’s stiff, and it kind of feels like what I think arthritis might feel like.

I told my mom, since it’s been happening for a while, and she’s like it’s just tennis elbow. But I barely have any symptoms of that. It’s not bruised or swollen or anything.. I get sharp pains in it sometimes.. even if I’m doing nothing.

It was especially sore during softball.. which I’m sure may have been the cause..

But what can this be?

Sorry this is so long…
Again.. it’s not swollen, so I’m not going to take an anti-inflammatory
