Kim Aron Personal Trainer, writer, blogger, networker and coach. am going to a doctor but do you think I might have tennis elbow?
I heard it happens on your forearm-elbow. It happens from turning your wrist outward. I think I may have it on my right arm from using the mouse. (I am on the computer a lot for school, email and of course facebook!(DOnt worry I am healthy, strong, active, smart))
I dont really feel pain, just like kind of tightness or numbness or tingly and it feels a little awkward or discomforting. The feeling comes when I write or am on the computer. Id say I have the feeling 1/2 the time to 2/3 of the time?
DO you think It could be tennis elbow? Or something else? I have tried resting it (no computer) and icing it, but I still feel it. I feel it upper forearm underneath(like if toy traced you palm of your hand to your armpitt. Maybe strained muscle?
Oh a few more things. my right forearm is weaker then the left. and my elbow hurts when I straighten my whole arm. I also often here like a click

Kim Aron Personal Trainer, writer, blogger, networker and coach. i had a elbow strain like 4 months ago. since i got the injury i didnt really take care of it, but after 2 months. it still didnt heal so i went to massage therapy. therapist told me i strained my back and my arm. i did not torn any muscle massage therapist said, she can sense things well. im just wondering if these kind of injuries fully for sure. i feel no pain, no sharp pain nothing. just weak. i think i strained it.
i suddenly felt a weird feeling when i shot the ball. my arm is weak, but ive never experienced any pain.. i feel alot better now from massage therapy.
its just a strain…. its not like i got tennis elbow… she told me its nothing serious. so you think it’ll heal fully???? like one day i wake up… and wolla! i feel better than before!
