I feel tension when I do the hundred and a few other exercise but afterward I am not sore. The only exercise that makes me sore is the modified crunch where you touch your elbows to knees. Also do those ab exercises where your just leaning or stretching or pulling your knees towards you really work?
I am sorry feel

Tennis elbow exercise tips including massage, stretching and strengthening tips from GOSTRAP. The remarkable advantage to the GOSTRAP user is the ability to unload the Common Extensor Tendon so as to release its tension – this is what many therapists do with sports taping even though it is not convenient long term, and no other strap approaches this unique design problem like the GO-STRAP.

I have a very weird case. I used to have big shoulder problems, but I worked it out. Now, when I start to throw, I have a lot of pressure and tension on the inside of my elbow. But when I don’t do any throwing for like 15 minutes my arm feels good as new with no pain whatsoever. Anyone know what this means or how to fix it?

For Tennis elbow, apart from low tension(55 I think) string, I came to know that one has to string from individual packets as against common coil as the raisin on the packaged coil absorb the shock better. It is very interesting and if anyone can add to that , I would appreciate that. I also wonder about the efficacy of shock absorbers and having a double grip for Tennis elbow.

My friend is 28 and has been playing tennis a lot and says he’s a 4.5. He is using a Babolat Pure Drive strung with a 16 gauge polyester. I don’t remember the brand or tension, but I think it was fairly low.

I think I may have de Quervians in my right hand/forearm and was wondering if putting a brace that’s used for lateral epicondylitis/tennis elbow over my mid forearm(general area of extensor pollicis longus & brevis, abductor pollicis longus) would relieve some of the strain on the tendons going to the thumb and across the wrist by shifting the tension back on the muscle bellies.

My high school tennis coach has us do an exercise for conditioning called "Iron-man" and basically what it is, is we hold a push-up in down position except we get to keep our elbows on the ground. We have to hold it that way for a minute, sometimes a minute and a half, keeping our backs straight. My coach says this is good for the abdominals, and that may be true, but I am also wondering if it is bad for the back because I KNOW that lunges (another thing that we do) is bad for your knees, and there may be a strong possibility that the Iron-man is bad for your back, because I feel tension when I do it. Any thoughts?
Is this exercise bad** for the back. Sorry I didn’t realize I spelled back twice. My bad

im not sure if i have tennis elbow or not, but here are my symptoms:
pain on the outer side of my arm- the part between the shoulder and elbow.
it runs only on the outside of it and sometimes around the elbow.
i do have pain lifting objects sometimes. however, if i take a break from tennis for about a day or 2, it goes away, but will come back if i start hitting too much.
i have 16′s pro hurricane tour for mains, and VS gut for crosses, but before my strings broke and the injury started happening, i had 17′s pro hurricane tour and VS gut. (which seemed to serve me well for about 6 months-ish at 60 lbs/58 lbs)
both times i had the tension at 60/58, and one more time with the 16′s again i had 58/58.
i believe that the pain will go away if i switch back to 17 pro hurricane tour 60 lbs. with 16 VS gut 58 lbs. however, i want to make sure the injury goes away before i hit again.
so do i have tennis elbow, and if so, what is the best way to treat it?
also, i’ve only had it for the past 2 weeks, on and off, so not too far into the problem yet.

I suffer Tennis elbow for more than 2 years now. I have tried 2 different type of therapies (physio, cortisone injection) but it do not help. I also have a brace under my elbow when I play Badminton. It absorbs the tension….it helps but the pain still there. I appreciate if you can share with me how you cure your tennis elbow. Please do not cut and paste any article from the internet. I want to hear your own experience.
thanks

Sometimes when I do pushups or bench press, i feel tension on my right elbow. Its not much of a pain, but it bothers me enough that i cant even do a rep. I dont think its about the weight either because sometimes while I do warmups for benching, i use the bar only, and even doing that would bother my right elbow. Does anyone know the reason behind this??
