My elbow has been hurting me for a couple of years now. It started when I worked at a smoothie place my senior year of school. During my shift, if we were having a really busy day, I would be about to pour a smoothie in to the cup when all of a sudden, I would get this shooting feeling from my elbow down to my pinky and I would almost lose my grip on the blender.
It’s a sort of dull achy pain. I also get it from being on the computer for a long time. (like typing). I have noticed that when I run two fingers down my arm from my elbow to my pinky, I can make the pain start, so I’m wondering if its a nerve thing. It’s mostly the inside of my elbow that hurts.
It’s very achy. I use Asper Cream on it. Thats all I have.
Has anyone had this happen to them before? It’s been almost 3 years now since I noticed it. I have had no injuries to it (besides getting stung by a bee about a month ago around that area). My pinky goes numb. This is my left arm, btw.
I’m probably going to go to the doctor when I get on break this week. But I really wanted to know if anyone has had this problem before. Please, serious answers only.

After one week of removal of cast, I started having hardness on the nails of little and ring fingers of my left hand. Same was observed on the portion of palm below these two fingers. On these two fingers, there was a feeling of fluffiness. I have shown to various doctors. Every one has advised for vitamin medicines but none is sure, if it’s fully recoverable . Has any one faced such kind of problem ? If yes, then what treatment was taken for full cure ? Kindly help me. THANKS.

It has gotten better some, it doesn’t hurt when I bend my elbow anymore, but the two fingers have the pins and needles feeling. My question is, will I ever get better, and will the symptoms ever fully go away. Thanks for your help.

Kim Aron Personal Trainer, writer, blogger, networker and coach. What would be the best way to have my tennis elbow be a little bit better for a tournament tomorrow (Jul 20-23)? I’m considering icing it and rubbing it with some muscle relief. Quick and precise answers are appreciated.
And also, when im actually playing, how could i try and "calm down" my tennis elbow when it "acts up" again?
Bree-lol you were right bout my backhand grip. it was wrong (i partially had my hand not on the grip itself like two fingers) and my coach corrected it yesterday lol
